What you share

When you register a hotel stay, The SClass collects the last name on the reservation, hotel chain, contact email, payment platform, and payment destination. First name, property, dates, and confirmation number are optional. Planning inquiries collect the contact and trip details you choose to provide.

How it’s used

Sean uses these details to identify your reservation, reconcile hotel commissions, send registration and payout updates, arrange trip-planning conversations, and pay your share. Your details aren’t displayed to other travelers. The site’s hosting and email providers process information needed to store records and deliver messages. Payment handles are not included in confirmation emails.

Cash-back eligibility

Cash back equals 50% of the hotel commission Sean actually receives for your eligible stay. Hotel commissions are normally 10% of the eligible room rate, so the guest share is usually 5%. Taxes, resort fees, and incidentals are excluded. Award stays, cancelled stays, and some discounted rates may not earn commission. The final amount and timing depend on the hotel, booked rate, and commission actually received.

Booking and payments

Registering a stay here does not create, change, or cancel a hotel reservation or add an agency ID. Agency ID 06528222 must be entered when making a new booking directly with the hotel. It cannot be added to an existing reservation afterward; registering an existing booking without the ID does not make it eligible for cash back. Cash-back transfers are made separately through your selected payment platform. This site records completed payments; it does not transfer money. Cruise, Disney, and Universal inquiries begin a conversation, and Sean books only after planning with you.

Corrections and removal

To correct your details, change your payment destination, or request deletion, email sean@thesclass.com. Records needed to resolve outstanding stays or maintain payment records may need to be retained. Don’t send payment passwords, card numbers, or bank account numbers.

A few technical details

Guests don’t need an account. The owner’s dashboard requires authentication. The form uses a temporary submission reference to avoid accidental duplicates, and limited request metadata is used to prevent abuse. The SClass is independently operated; hotel and destination names identify booking options and do not imply endorsement.
